What to do if my KYC submission has been rejected?

Upon logging in, you will see the status of your KYC Verification. Seeing "Hooray!" means your submission has been approved and the next steps will be card order or the arrival of your card. However, there are instances that a KYC submission gets rejected due to specific reasons. If you see a "Sorry, [Your Name"]" message, this means you need to revisit the set of information and uploaded documents you have submitted.


Possible Reasons for Rejection

  1. Inaccurate/Incorrect/Mismatched Profile Information details
  2. The uploaded ID is not valid or not included on the list of accepted IDs
  3. The uploaded ID is pixelated or not clear enough
  4. The uploaded ID is expired
  5. The selfie photo is blurry or masked with a filter effect
  6. Not holding the uploaded ID upon doing a selfie
