What is SALPay KYC?

SALPay KYC or SALPay Know Your Customer is a mandatory process of verifying the identity of a user who is about to create a  SALPay Account. The goal of this process is to prohibit any fraudulent activity in using the tool by having the user prove the legitimacy of her/his identity by undergoing the KYC Process. During the process, the user is required to provide the necessary requirements such as profile information and accepted valid ID as a supporting document. This process is done through the installed mobile app or the web app.  Having your account verified could take 1 to 2 business days facilitated by our FinTech - Compliance Team. To avoid getting rejected, make sure you fill out the required fields properly and provided correct supporting documents. Below are the 3 main KYC stages you should undergo:
