How do I lock/unlock my SALPay ATM card?

Locking your SALPay Card prevents unauthorized payments or withdrawals using the card. It can be unblocked anytime. Take note that all transactions will be suspended when you lock your card.

Locking and Unlocking Your Card through the Mobile App
To lock your SALPAy ATM card using the SALPay Wallet mobile app, follow these steps:
  1. Launch the SALPay App from your device.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number and password, then click Login. You will be directed to your SALPay Dashboard.
  3. Click the User Menu found at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The side navigation screen appears on the right.
  4. Choose Lock/Unlock Card.
  5. Lock your card by enabling the “Lock this card” switch. Enabling this switch will trigger a One-Time Pin sent to your mobile phone number.
  6. Enter the OTP. You have 60 seconds to enter the code.
Your card will be locked right after entering the OTP.

To unlock your SALPay ATM card using the SALPay Wallet mobile app, follow these steps:

  4. Choose Lock/Unlock Card.
  5. Lock your card by enabling the “Lock this card” switch. Enabling this switch will trigger a One-Time Pin sent to your mobile phone number.
  6. Enter the OTP. You have 60 seconds to enter the code.
