How do I know my SALPay KYC Verification status?

Possible Reasons for Rejection
- Inaccurate/Incorrect/Mismatched Profile Information details
- The uploaded ID is not valid or not included on the list of accepted IDs
- The uploaded ID is pixelated or not clear enough
- The uploaded ID is expired
- The selfie photo is blurry or masked with a filter effect
- Not holding the uploaded ID upon doing a selfie

If your application was rejected due to uploading an invalid and unaccepted ID, refer to the list of accepted IDs below.
Verification Accepted
You will see the VERIFICATION ACCEPTED screen if our Compliance Team finds the submitted information for verification complete and correct.
After seeing this message, the next information displayed on your screen will be about your CARD ORDER STATUS.
